'I love him': Olson powers win with 2 homers

Matt Olson has had to cope with the burden of succeeding Freddie Freeman in Atlanta as he struggles to end his legendary Braves tenure.

. But as the halfway point of the season approaches, he is appearing to be a worthy replacement.

Tuesday night at Citizens Bank Park, Olson notched his second multihomer game in eight days,

assisting the Braves in defeating the Phillies 5-3.

When Freeman visited Atlanta for the first time since joining the Dodgers in March,

Olson was reminded of the impact he had. He was aware of it. When Freeman started his 12-season career with Atlanta in 2010,

he was a 16-year-old Braves supporter residing in Lilburn, Georgia.
